    Hi there!

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Also, were you taking a specific action on your site before this crash occurred?

    Hi attached,

DELETED I’m not sure how secure it is to share publicly. You should’ve gotten an email with my response. If not, please let me know where I can send it privately.

I deactivated the WooCommerce Payments plugin as it crashed my site.
    Thank you

Thanks for the status report. It looks like the plugin was removed prior to getting the report, so I’m unable to tell which version you had.

I would recommend installing the most up-to-date version as well as doing a https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know if you still have the conflict with the most up-to-date version and with only WooCommerce active.

It had the latest version and I uninstalled it as it broke my site so I can’t reinstall it.
