    I am sorry to read about your issue. I will need some more information to be able to assist you. Do you have any logs, error messages etc you can share so we can understand what the issue please?

    For example when there is a critical error WordPress sends an email to the administrator with some logs etc. Can you share those with us?

    The more information you can share the quicker we can understand and fix the problem. Also, please do not share any sensitive technical details. If you have such information please send it to us via email at [email protected] and make reference to this ticket.

    Hello @crissineon

    Thank you for your email and sorry to read about your issue.

    It seems like some files were not available during the upgrade. We have applied some extra checks in the upgrade process and have a support patch for you. Can you please do the following:

    1) Backup your website as a precaution.
    2) Deactivate and uninstall the plugin (the logs will be retained as long as you didn’t manually activate the option to delete the database data upon uninstall).
    3) Download version 4.4.2.1 BETA.
    4) Install and activate the downloaded version of the plugin.

    That should solve the issue. Can you please keep report back to us once you test this?
