    We have released both theme latest version of ArileWP 2.7.4 and NewYork City 1.6.5. So please update both the version on your site with the latest theme.

    Probably, This can also be an issue with the site cache. so please clear your site cache then check it.

    Yes, I had to hire someone to get the site back up.

    The design is still completely wrong. The headings and paragraphs are the same size and there are no spaces between blocks. Please advise.

    The design is perfectly working as well. This issue doesn’t cause by the theme. You using multiple plugins on your site, probably this is a plugin conflicting. Please deactivate all the plugins one by one. And do check the site again.
