    Hi @mmcampbell1989

There is a major update with bug fixes to be released in an hour or so. Try to update to that version (1.8.28).

Let me know if you still receive that error with the new version.

Also, could you let me know from which version you are trying to update?

    Thanks
    Aleks

Hi Aleks, thanks for your reply. I will look for that update here shortly.

So, the plugin did update successfully, as it is now on the current version 1.8.27 (it just threw the error while doing so I guess). I’m sorry I don’t recall which version it was on prior to that. It couldn’t have been from too far back though because I do try to update regularly. This is the most current info:

    ## System Environment ##

    This plugin’s version: 1.8.27

    WordPress version: 5.7
    WooCommerce version: 5.1.0
    PHP version: 7.4.16

    The new version is out.

Let me know if you run into the same error.

Hi, thank you for letting me know. I updated the plugin and had my host company (WPengine) check for me, and they saw this error:

1 PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function WGACT\\Classes\\Pixels\\Pixel::__construct(), 0 passed in /nas/content/live/bbgsv2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/classes/pixels/google/class-google-pixel.php on line 19 and exactly 2 expected in /nas/content/live/bbgsv2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/classes/pixels/class-pixel.php:28\nStack trace:\n#0 /nas/content/live/bbgsv2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/classes/pixels/google/class-google-pixel.php(19): WGACT\\Classes\\Pixels\\Pixel->__construct()\n#1 /nas/content/live/bbgsv2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/classes/pixels/google/class-google-pixel-manager.
    AGENT (David Z): php(24): WGACT\\Classes\\Pixels\\Google\\Google_Pixel->__construct()\n#2 /nas/content/live/bbgsv2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/classes/pixels/class-pixel-manager.php(64): WGACT\\Classes\\Pixels\\Google\\Google_Pixel_Manage in /nas/content/live/bbgsv2/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-adwords-conversion-tracking-tag/classes/pixels/class-pixel.php on line 28

However, when I was clicking around in the settings of the plugin, the host provider confirmed that no additional errors showed up and I did not see any errors on the admin dashboard of https://basketballgoalstore.com/, so I believe it is resolved.

Thank you for your help on this.

    Thanks for letting me know.

The error output unfortunately is not very helpful as all references point to places in the code where such an error doesn’t make sense. I guess this is some sort of rare glitch, as I haven’t received any other reports. I’ll close this for now.
