Fatal Error

    Out of nowhere I appear to be getting this error on the shop page of the site:

    Fatal error: Uncaught ParameterNotSet: Plugin id parameter is not set. thrown in /home/customer/www/primalraw.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iks-menu/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php on line 5581

    I have tried removing the plugin, yet the error bizarrely still persists.

    Any help or advice would be great

    Hello, are you using FREE or PRO version?

    Can you please try to open page “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius”

    Then click buttons one by one and see if this helps you:
    1) “Clear API Cache”
    2) “Sync Data from server”
    3) “Delete all accounts”
