Fatal Error

    Hi there anyone experiencing the same problem…. when trying to login with wrong details we are having a fatal error message instead of the expected “wrong credentials” message:

    Hi @bielcarreras

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using? Is there a PHP error logs related to the UM Login form? You can ask your hosting provider to provide the error logs and then send us a copy so we can review them.

    HI @champsupertramp thanks for your reply, we are using: Ultimate Member 2.1.15

    And the error appear on screen is :#

    Recoverable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/sosafitness/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 5303

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    Does this issue still occur when leaving UM as the only active plugin on your site? Let’s see if this is a conflict issue.
