    Hi,

After an FTP migration from Plesk to Cpanel, WP is crashed. Unable to access to dashboard. I tried to disable all plug-in in File Manager but it failed too.

It looks like the issue here is that your color plugin is incomplete. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if that fixes it.

I don’t have any dashboard access on cpanel.
No idea what is “Color” plugin (maybe a folder created by custom theme) and why i have Askimet files into.
If i’m disabling “Color” on file manager, i have a critical error with missing page.

Is there a way to disable all Askimet files on file manager to see if it fix the issue ?

What’s happening is that you have a file named wp-content/plugins/color/akismet.php that is trying to load a file named wp-content/plugins/color/widget.php, but wp-content/plugins/color/widget.php does not exist (or cannot be loaded).

The file named akismet.php is not part of our plugin; it is part of a different plugin that is maybe for customizing your site’s color scheme, if I had to guess.

In your WordPress plugin dashboard (/wp-admin/plugins.php), do you have any plugins related to color? If so, try disabling them. If not, contact your web host and ask them to remove the wp-content/plugins/color/ directory entirely.

the issue have been resolved thanks
