  • Hi @hutamanama

We apologize for the trouble you are experiencing with our plugin.

To confirm, after updating clear all your caching from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser. If you are not sure how to clear caching from theme/plugin please speak to those authors. If you want to clear cache from the server, please speak to your host provider. To clear the cache from a browser use this guide: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.

    Does the issue resolve?

If still, the issue persists, there might be a conflict with plugin or theme.

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

No clearing all cache didn’t resolve it.

Site Health there is only recommended improvements:
An error occurred while checking whether your site can be found by search engines
Ryte offers a free indexability check for Yoast SEO users. The request to Ryte to check whether your site can be found by search engines failed due to an error.

Error details: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
If this is a live site, it is recommended that you figure out why the check failed.(Opens in a new browser tab)

Go to Ryte to analyze your entire site(Opens in a new browser tab)
This was reported by the Yoast SEO plugin

    Any other suggestions?

    Hello Maja,

Have you performed a conflict check as suggested by Suwash? If you haven’t yet, please do so. You can start with deactivating ALL other plugins so only the Yoast plugin is activated. Please also switch your theme to a standard one like Twenty-twenty. Does the issue occur? If not, reactivate your other plugins one at a time and check if the issue occurs again for every plugin reactivated. Lastly, switch to your theme.

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, you can use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site. You may follow the steps here.

Ok, I find the problem. If I disable “Yoast SEO Multilingual” then works ok.

Any idea to solve the problem?

    Hi @hutamanama,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yoast SEO Multilingual is a plugin developed by WPML.

If you’re using the latest versions of all your plugins and still see the error, we recommend reporting the problem on WPML’s support forum.

    Hi @hutamanama ,

We’re closing this thread as there seem no further questions from you. Please feel free to open a new thread should you have further concerns.
