    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Rank Math, having same type issue: I see and understand your remedy using Code Snippets plugin, kindly confirm the following. My site is live and heavy traffic, I want to avoid “going down” again…

    I have your plugin “rolled back” to a previous version (newest update avail)

    Can I achieve the same results without deactivating Rank Math but instead of, simply update Rank Math to latest version with the add_action( snippet active for admin?

    Yes, please run it once when the Rank Math is disabled and then remove the Code Snippets plugin.

    Once that is done, you can safely activate the Rank Math plugin.

    Do take a complete backup first though.

    But I can honestly say: I don’t want or need all those added tables with the new update.
    I will be rolling back to previous version.
    Still a 5Star plugin but slightly turned off by all the (extras) some won’t/don’t need.

    You can simply turn off the Analytics module if you do need that data inside your WordPress admin area.

    hi, rank math admin, this bug error is permanently or temp ?
    should we install the code-snippet and insert the code forever or can remove the code-snippet plugin when have the next update of rank math version? because less plugin means will make our site more light weight.

    The issue will be resolved after installing the plugin and then you can delete the newly installed plugin.

    P.S. The issue does not happen on all the installations but where some other plugin left incorrect DB tables.
