Fatal error
-
We posted a download a month ago. Twice in the past month it has started giving us this error. When it happens, I clear the cache and re-paste the URL of the file into the download item and it starts working again. Any idea what could be causing this? I do use an external script blocker for GDPR and CCPA but didn’t see any warnings about blocked scripts when this happened. FYI, it still logs each failure as a download, as far as I can tell. Thanks!
