I am starting a new thread on a previously reported issue:

I received the following message for my blog, inspireacreation.com. Please advise.

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Wordfence Security.

The message contained the error details, but for security reasons, I have not included that here unless you request it.

  • Hey @reneass,

Can you please share the error details? Feel free to mask any sensitive information.

Also, can you please share any relevant errors from the PHP error logs? If you’re not sure where these are your host can provide them to you.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

My site went blank until I removed Wordfence.

When I tried to install it again, but when I try to activate it says FATAL ERROR…

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

    Hey @reneass,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved.

Please feel free to open another thread if you’re still having issues with Wordfence.

@webdesign123 – If you’re still experiencing an issue can you please open a new thread?

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
