• So I have a little bit of a problem with this plugin. It was working just fine for months but then one day when trying to log in to the Admin Dashboard I get the dreaded ‘Fatal Error’ message and I’m locked out. Thankfully I can log in via safe mode and deactivate and then delete the plugin, but I’m kinda curious as to why it’s happening.

    I’m running WordPress 5.3.2
    Storefront Theme 2.5.3
    WooCommerce 3.9.2

    Fatal Error:
Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce (Lite version) (version 3.10.2)
    PHP version 7.1.33-13+0~20200224.34+debian9~1.gbp2471e1

    Error Message Details:

Thoughts on what could cause this?

    Thanks!

    Hi @mghezzi,

First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to our plugin.

I have tried to replicate the mentioned issue at our end but unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the same with the plugin version 3.10.2.

It seems this is your site-specific issue only. Can you kindly create a support ticket on our Ticketing system with the necessary login information of the site? So that we can debug the issue and fix it.

    Regards,
    Chetna Bhutka
