Fatal Error

So I have a little bit of a problem with this plugin. It was working just fine for months but then one day when trying to log in to the Admin Dashboard I get the dreaded ‘Fatal Error’ message and I’m locked out. Thankfully I can log in via safe mode and deactivate and then delete the plugin, but I’m kinda curious as to why it’s happening.

Storefront Theme 2.5.3
WooCommerce 3.9.2
