    Hello, Kharis,

    I am just now installing plugin updates and just got the fatal error on the Sydney toolbox update. Following your directions deleting the folder via SFTP and installing the plugin fresh didn’t help. I’ll provide that fatal error here below:

    please advise

    Hi, Kharis,

    I did. And once I reinstalled the new plugin, I got this error:

    PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sydney_set_after_import_mods() (previously declared in /www/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/demo-content/setup.php:35) in /www/wp-content/themes/sydney/demo-content/setup.php on line 31″

    please advise

    Please try these steps:

    * Access your site’s folder over FTP client program;
    * Go to root_folder/wp-content/plugins directory;
    * Delete prmanently the sydney-toolbox folder;
    * Login to your site’s admin area (/wp-admin);
    * Update the Sydey theme
    * Instal and activate the Sydney Toolbox from plugin installer’s search menu (Dashboard > Plugins > Add New).
