    Hello

    I have just purchased and installed your antispam software. Immediately after installing and loading my website, I received this error –

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare apbct_get_submit_time() (previously declared in /home/busi2026/public_html/www.dancingportfolio.com/cleantalk/inc/functions.php:191) in /home/busi2026/public_html/www.dancingportfolio.com/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/cleantalk.php on line 1652
    There has been a critical error on your website.

    If I deactivate your plugin, my website works. It is currently deactivated.

    Can you advise, please?

    Seems like you have two instances of CleanTalk in your website.

    Please, delete the Universal Anti-Spam Plugin first:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/update-uni

    Then delete the WordPress plugin.

    And finally install the WordPress plugin again.
