fatal error

  • My website has been hacked and I’m trying to fix it.. I’m almost done but all the images disappeared and now I can’t log in anymore!
    This is the message I get when I try to log in:

  • Hi Elena,

    That error may show up because some of WP code the has been removed during malware clean-up, being the software that you’ve used to remove the malware has damaged the code being you’ve deleted manually portion of the code.

    One of the solution would be to replace the existing PHP files that shows errors and the second one would be to track the logs and see in detail what exactly is required.

    Please be aware that you’ll have to use exactly the same WP Version files in order to replace the broken ones.

    Please follow my two recommendations and if you can’t really fix it I can help with that for a small fee.

    PS: Noticed that you’re website doesn’t uses SSL which these days is somehow mandatory.
