Hi, when I click WooCommerce in the dashboard to view the orders – I get the following Fatal Error. I have tried disabling all plugins except WC and still doesn’t work. I have reinstalled WC with no change. Latest versions of WP and WC.

Hi @millermedia!

It looks like it could possibly be a server timeout.

With that said, please reach out to your host and request they increase the php_value max_execution_time limit

Hi

The setting was set to 300 (default 90). I updated this to 900 with no affect with the error still appearing.

It only happens on the “Products” and “Orders” dashboard pages.

Hi again! Issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. You can read more about plugin and theme conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront theme (it’s free)
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.
4. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
