  • Hi,

Had the same problem, it appears the file product_sync.php is missing from the latest update 6.5.

I had to download the previous version 6.4 and then upload the file product_sync.php into the plugins folder.

So far there seems to be no issues.

    Regards,
    Raymond

I also get fatal errors. In fact after updating to the latest version, I get the white screen of death.

I disabled all plugins from the database and activated only the Transdirect plugin, as soon as it activates; the website crashes and displays a blank white screen.

Hopefully this can be fixed and a new update pushed to WordPress plugin repository asap.

Edit, can see problem, this release (Version 6.5) is only compatible with PHP 7.3.

WooCommerce is currently set to work with PHP 7.2 – so Transdirect works with PHP 7.3 but as soon as you activate WooCommece the site will break.

    Hi Everyone,

I am sorry for the errors that have occurred with the recent update to our plugin.
Our developers are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
In the mean time if you are experiencing this issue, please install version 6.4 of the Transdirect Plugin by clicking here and selecting version 6.4 from the dropdown box at the bottom of the page under the ‘Previous Versions’ heading.

    Thanks Reece! ??

I updated plugin just now, it’s still giving fatal error. site is down.

Warning: require_once(includes/product_sync.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/wp-content/plugins/transdirect-shipping/transdirect_shipping.php on line 281

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘includes/product_sync.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php70/lib/php’) in /home4/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/wp-content/plugins/transdirect-shipping/transdirect_shipping.php on line 281

Woocommerce is also to be updated.
Should you update woocommerce first, then transdirect? I did transdirect first

Notice in lastest version there isn’t a product_sync.php file. Can I just copy that from v6.4 and upload to latest version?

Hi guys, I simply downloaded 6.4 and got a copy of the produce_sync.php (includes folder) and added it into the 6.6 plugin. It works.

For others in the same boat, I followed what @r0yalt did and it is working. Therefore the problem is, that Transdirect needs to add that file to includes folder.
