Fatal Error

  • When I have secure submit activated I am getting the message: “Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0”

    It only shows up on some pages and only when I have this plugin activated. Not sure if it has something to do with the most recent woocommerce update?

    I linked one of the pages that shows the message, but it only shows when I have Secure Submit plugin activated.

    Hi @aspenice,

    We aren’t currently using output buffering in our plugin’s runtime code, but we’ll help as much as we can to get this resolved.

    Are you experiencing this issue with any other pages? I was able to go through the 2018 Winter Showcase product page to the cart and checkout pages, and I did not experience the error. Visiting the link you provided, I do see the error. If the error is specific to this page, do you have anything in your theme/plugins that is only used on this page?

    Are you able to confirm the versions of PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce SecureSubmit Gateway that you have installed?
