Fatal Error

Hello and thanks for this great plugin.

In the Inside post i put some php code.

It’s working well on post but not on page.
I have this error :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpse_1_term_list() (previously declared in /home/wp-content/plugins/header-footer/plugin.php(499) : eval()’d code:12) in /home/wp-content/plugins/header-footer/plugin.php(499) : eval()’d code on line 24

If i delete thsi line it’s working but i don’t have anything on post.

Can you help on this ?
