FATAL ERROR

    Hi

    I am having a problem installing and activating contact form 7, I have already installed it. However, every time I activate it, it says this error.

    “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_user_locale() in /var/www/vhosts/digistoresolutionsholdings.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/l10n.php on line 68”

    What could be the issue? Please let me know.

    You are using WordPress 3.9.25. The current Contact Form 7 requires WordPress 4.8 or higher.

    Since I’ve installed WordPress 5, I have fatal error with the plugin when I try to create one or modify an existing one.

    Here is the displayed message:
