    Hi

    I’m having a problem with the default profile photos showing up full size next to any comments made and thereby blocking the comment itself. The default icon is 300 x 300 and I have the Profile Photo Thumbnail sizes set to default. I have Ultimate Member installed in a multi site environment but on a single sub domain. I have completed a compatibility test and the problem persists. The Ultimate member Dashboard is showing the following error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘UnexpectedValueException’ with message ‘RecursiveDirectoryIterator::__construct(/var/ultimatemember/temp/): failed to open dir: No such file or directory’ in /var/sites/p/positivepowerandinfluence.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-dashboard.php:272 Stack trace: #0 /var/sites/p/positivepowerandinfluence.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-dashboard.php(272): RecursiveDirectoryIterator->__construct(‘/var/ultimateme…’) #1 /var/sites/p/positivepowerandinfluence.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/templates/dashboard/purge.php(1): UM_Admin_Dashboard->dir_size(‘temp’) #2 /var/sites/p/positivepowerandinfluence.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-dashboard.php(224): include_once(‘/var/sites/p/po…’) #3 [internal function]: UM_Admin_Dashboard->purge_temp(NULL, Array) #4 /var/sites/p/positivepowerandinfluence.co.uk/public_html/wp-admin/includes/template.php(1050) in /var/sites/p/positivepowerandinfluence.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/admin/core/um-admin-dashboard.php on line 272

    It also seems to be causing users to be unable to upload photos (I have completed the checks on the Ultimate Member website for this)? Any assistance much appreciated.

    Many thanks

    Further to this, I’ve put a workaround for the full size image showing up with some css, but the fatal error persists.

    Thanks

    Hi @joemunro,

    Have you tried to do a theme/plugin conflict test?
    This issue can be caused by your theme or other plugin conflicting with Ultimate member. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.

    Let us know.
    Regards.
