    Hi all,

I have a couple of caldera forms on my website working fine. I am currently working on a new form which has been accepting submissions fine but now is showing a fatal error on submission.

This is the error I am getting

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 130968 bytes) in /home4/jasonaxe/public_html/firstwindowcleaning.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/classes/magic/doer.php on line 1955

Any help on this would be very appreciated.

Thank you for using Caldera Forms – we really appreciate it. I’m sorry you’re experiencing troubles.

This type of error happens when a calculation field or conditionals have circular logic, and that creates a loop.

If you need help troubleshooting this, you should open a support ticket at calderaforms.com/support.

Just a note: Caldera Forms is free and always will be for you and other users downloading products from www.remarpro.com. However, for technical support from our team we do ask that you upgrade to Caldera Forms Pro, which includes Priority Support with an 8 operating hour turnaround. You can browse Caldera Forms Pro plans here: https://calderaforms.com/pro/.

I appreciate your patience. We’ll look out for your ticket in support, and get you back up and running again ASAP.
