    I have not resolved yet

Yes , same problems. The version .28 and .29 made fatal errors by activating on my site as well. I contacted Dennis Hoppe, but no reaction ??
I have rolled back to the 1.5.27 – this version works on WP 4.7.5
It is sad, that the developer doesnt answer ….

    Author not serious

No, the plugin is great. I dont know a better one. But we didnt pay for support. So there is no answer….
Since the new version .30 the update works.
But I got a info, that my php version is too old. It was version 4.5
Since I updated this to php 7.0 everything is fine and faster ?
Maybe the problems with the updates have to do with this??
Sad, no comment by the developer
