Try using ftp or the server’s file
manager and delete the plugin. Make sure the php version on the server is at least 5.3 or higher. After all that try reinstalling the plugin. Hope that helps and sorry for the troubles.

I have this fatal error: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on null in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data03/15/3353915/html/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 357.

What does it mean and how do I fix it.

@northerncoog this does not sound like a feed them social error, are you sure this is in reference to our plugin? If so please start a new topic and post the shortcode you are using, a link to the page in question and the report for the System Info page of our plugin.
