    Thanks for reaching out. I would love to take a look at what happened here and see if we can help – could you please reply back with the full error response you saw on your end? Additionally, could you please let us know the following:

    – The theme being used
    – Plugins that are currently installed
    – The version of PHP being used
    – Any other pertinent details that you feel would be helpful for investigation
