    Duplicate column name 'section_description'

    Means that you add it to existing table where it already exists.

    This means that you activating plugin on DB, that was already activated there.

    This is first time i installed and active the plugin and this error comes .

    After updating WordPress to 4.6 and active your plugin it start working.
