Fatal Error
-
Hi there,
Cannot understand this at all, I have a live website and recently updated to the latest version with no issues whatsoever. I also have a contingency site but when I updated to the latest version I got the white screen of death. I deactivated all the plugins through phypmyadmin in order to get back in. All plugins activated successfully apart from this one which remains deactivated. Every time I try to activate it, it fails with a fatal error but doesn’t tell me why. The only message I have been able to find within the admin is as follows.Fatal error: Call to undefined function opinionstage_check_plugin_available() in wp-content\plugins\social-polls-by-opinionstage\opinionstage-polls.php on line 36
However what is weird is the polls are showing fine in the sidebar. I don’t know if I can just delete and re-install the plugin on the contingency site. Only problem is the delete issues a warning saying I will lose all the data and I am not sure if I can go ahead without losing the polls and data on the live site. Cannot understand why it is triggering a fatal error when it is perfectly fine on the live site.
Can you help please.
Kind regards
KatieKat
