    “Strict Standards: Static function URE_Base_Lib::get_instance() should not be abstract in /wp-content/plugins/user-role-editor/includes/classes/base-lib.php on line 25”

    Thanks. Fixed. Changes are committed to the dev. version 4.23.2
    I will mark it as stable little later.
