fatal error

Hello,
I did some test with different plugins today and when I tried to delete Zen I got this message:
Fatal error: Class ‘zencache\plugin’ not found in /home/swansph/public_html/wp-content/plugins/zencache/uninstall.inc.php on line 39
Could you advice me for the reason and how I could proceed?
