    Try upgrading to WordPress 2.9.2 or 3.0. It may solve your problem, or at the very least it will protect you from 2.9.1’s publicly known security vulnerabilities.

    Thanks for your reply.

    We tried to upgrade the wordpress version 3.0. already and it caused more problem in some other way. so we dropped that plan.

    Just for your information, the same exact source dump (2.9.1) working well in two other server.

    So, are you saying that the problem is restricted to the server that this particular blog is on?

    yes. working in demo server but not live server.

    we did one thing. Just copied the code from the plugin and pasted where it need with function exist method and it works now. let us see what happends in future.
