Fatal Error

    Hi everyone,

    I cannot view or log in to my site anymore.All I get is this error message:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_language_attributes() (previously declared in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/67/2526567/html/wp-includes/general-template.php:2624) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data01/67/2526567/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-ban/wp-ban.php on line 249

    Can someone help with that? I really don’t know what to do as I cannot log in to change anything.

    Using ftp or the file manager provided by your host rename /wp-content/plugins/wp-ban to /wp-content/plugins/wp-ban-old

    Itried accessing my ftp or file manager before but my host advised that this is not possible for me, because I have a managed wordpress account. I will try again and give them a call.

    If you have a managed account then your host should fix this. That is what you pay for.

    I called them today and they showed me how to access my files. I then tried renaming the file and it worked straight away!!! Thank you so much for your help!
