Can you check to make sure the “vendor\maxmind-db\reader” directory exists in “wp-content\plugins\wp-statistics”?

    I have it!

It could be a conflict with another plugin, do any of your other plugins use GeoIP information?

WP Statistics 9.5 comes with the latest version of the Maxmind library, if another plugin loaded an older version first that could be an issue.

    Ok,
I use IQ Block Country and that could be it….

    Thanks

Try disabling it and see if the error goes away.

If so, you can either downgrade to 9.4.1 until they upgrade their plugin or leave it disabled.

I got that error only during setup (at the end of upgrade).
    Now I don’t see it!

That would be because the class files changed during the upgrade, its safe to ignore as long as it hasn’t happened again.
