• Not a techy person by any means, so please excuse my lack of knowledge. I have not uploaded any plugins or made any changes to my other settings or theme. I am have been trying to log in to the admin page of my site (consciouscurlies.com) but all I can get is the following error message:

Warning: require_once(/home4/consciou/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/consciou/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/consciou/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home4/consciou/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175

Can anyone give me some simple steps to fix the issue as soon as possible? I was able to log into wordpress.com and I see that some changes have been made to that site, however none of my site’s content is showing in the admin page. It as if EVERYTHING has been completely wiped out from my theme, pages, posts, media, etc.

    – Your theme “customizr” seems to be the issue.
    – Try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fifteen theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Thanks, but my site seems to have reverted back to its original “clean slate”, meaning all of my data is gone and the default theme is Twenty Fifteen. Switching to another theme makes no difference. At least, that’s how it appears in the admin page end. I cannot view the site to know for sure.

A review of the error you posted indicates “customizr” to be your active theme!

Yes, that’s what I continue to see when trying to access my site however I have changed the theme in admin and Twenty Fifteen is active.

When you switched to the default Twenty Fifteen theme, did the error go away? I not, what is the error you see?

No it didn’t unfortunately. This is what comes up:

Warning: require_once(/home4/consciou/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/consciou/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175

This error indicates “customizr” theme is your active theme!

    – cache may be the reason you are still seeing “customizr” theme.

    – try flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
