Fatal Error

    Hi,

    Your plugin is absolutely sensational.
    It is perfect for our website.
    Genesis Framework, Parallax Pro child theme.

    Sadly, I just updated the plugin.
    When I reactivated it, poof, the website was gone.

    It reappeared shortly and a “fatal error” message appeared.

    I contacted Synthesis support, and heir reply was:

    “This is the line you must fix:
    2015-02-14 21:06:58.000 UTC
    www: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /var/www/newyorkparkingticket.com/wp-content/plugins/duofaq-responsive-flat-simple-faq/duogeek/helper.php on line 33
    If you try to reactivate this plugin without fixing errors it will show error and down your page again.
    If you need further assistance or have any additional questions please let us know and thank you for choosing Synthesis by Copyblogger.”

    Normally, I would delete the plugin. But, your plugin is really special. I would love to continue to use it. But, I don’t want to keep crashing my site.

    Any suggestions?

    This is because you are using older version of php. We are pushing an update shortly to make it compatible with older version.

    I am so appreciative.

    Synthesis support is helping me with this (I’m a 66-year old guy with no sense of IT).

    Currently, I am seeing you are using deprecated version of the plugin. Any reason, you have reverted back to that version? We should make a note that, the development and support for that plugin is closed. If you want any feature that is available in deprecated version but not in new version, let us know and we will include it.
