    What other plugins do you have installed? It’s possible there is another plugin using the MemberOrder class which is conflicting with PMPro. Try deactivating your plugins one by one and/or switching to a default WordPress theme such as twentyfourteen so see if you can isolate the issue.

    If you want, we can also log in and take a look at your site if you become a PMPro member and post on the member support forums.
