FATAL ERROR

I JUST INSTALLED TILED GALLERY
The issue is that when I make the first page with a gallery the following error appears:
Fatal error: Class ‘Jetpack_Options’ not found in /home2/tomjim/public_html/ibizagayconcierge.com/wp-content/plugins/tiled-gallery-carousel-without-jetpack/jetpack-carousel.php on line 249
Any idea?
