    Just tried updating the plugin via manual installation per our setup and received fatal error when trying to activate – something related to ReadyGraph. Noticed several version updates over the past few weeks.

    Where can I access previous versions to rollback the plugin at least until someone can figure out what’s going on?

    Please deactivate >> manual update >> reactivate the plugin to work.

    Or directly update the plugin through wordpress user interface.

    Simply uploading the new update wont work.

    Yes I know how to manually update the plugin, that’s the only method we use (via FTP).

    Appreciate the links to previous versions. I had to rollback to version 10.3 for the plugin to stop receiving a fatal error.

    I believe the Readygraph function was implemented in 10.4? That seems to be the root cause. Do versions 10.4 and up require Readygraph sign up?

    @leah-lab,

    I suspect the fatal error was due to the newer version of Subscribe2 requiring the ReadyGraph plugin to be present and trying to install it if it wasn’t there. Those changes are currently being reverted so a new version should be on the way soon.

    That was my hunch as well. Will the new version include Readygraph as an option rather than requirement? I’m interested in it, but know nothing about Readygraph.

    I really don’t know what path the plugin will take now as I’m not involved in the development any more and will be stepping away from support soon too.

    Yes @leah-lab, the integration with the readygraph was always an option. It will still be an option where you can connect with readygraph or can skip to use only subscribe2.

    A new update will be released soon which will help you to grow your userbase.
