    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

This seems to be an issue with updating your plugin in incorrect way, as we have in the recent update changed the dougnutandpiechart name, so if this is the issue please try to deactivate Qi Addons for Elementor, delete it and install the latest downloaded plugin once again. Do note that this will not effect any change in your content in any way.

So please try to upload the plugin once again, deactivating and deleting the current version and keep us updated.

If you still encounter issue feel free to contact us on our helpcenter where this can be investigated thoroughly.

    Thank you,

    Qode

    Hi Qode,

Thanks for the info, I had the same problem (I think), where the site would just give a fatal error, after updating to the 1.7.0 version. And your tip worked, I uninstalled the plugin and installed it again, and now the problem is gone.

    Thanks again,

    Have a nice day

Edit: Maybe you should make this info more accessible, for the others to know?
