    Would it be possible for you to please add an option to FastWay Couriers in South Africa? Their website link is https://www.fastway.co.za/ and I see that you are already integrating into their NZ, AU and Ireland sites.

    Hi,

    We added?Fastway South Africa?to our?supported?shipping?providers, please sync the shipping?providers list on the AST plugin settings.

    To sync your shipping providers list, go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers,?and on the top-right dropdown menu, click on Sync?Providers.

    After you sync the shipping?providers, Activate the Fastway South Africa and delete the custom?provider?you created.

    please note that this provider is only for AST, it is not supported in TrackShip.

    Hi,

    I have completed the above steps but when I try to filter for South Africa SP’s, then I only get “Dawn Wing” and “South African Post Office”. When I try to filter for Fastway, then I only see “Fastway NZ”, “Fastway AU” and “Fastway Ireland”.

    I have also tried to use the “Reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database” setting.

    Hi,

    Please sync again the shipping providers list on the AST plugin settings and no need to select “Reset providers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database” setting” option.

    Hi,

    I finally got around to testing this and I was able to now successfully add the provider. Thank you very much.

    One final question. Upon clicking on track when trying to view the shipment info on Fastway’s website, the order number is not automatically searched so that I already get a page back that displays the details of my shipment. I have to manually copy the shipping number from my website / order page onto the Fastway site and then manually search for it.

    Is this the intended behaviour?

    Yes, I understand, we would be happy to do it as it works with many other providers and also Fastway websites in other countries but the Fastway South Africa page does not allow to do that. When you enter the tracking number and track, the URL is not changing, you can contact them and ask if it’s possible to set it like that and we will be happy to change it.
