Fasthosts ‘can’t find server’ browser error

    I am currently using fasthosts to host a client’s site https://www.redyellowmedia.com but am often getting a message in my browser window ‘can’t find the server’ when i try to load the page.

    Was wondering if anyone has had similar problems with using fasthosts to host a wordpress site? Any advice or help would be gratefully appreciated as we’re live at the moment.
