Fastest Cache is not detected by WordPress

Hi, I would need help please. Health Site plugin tells me that your plugin is not detected and pages are not cached. I don’t understand why beacause everything seems to be ok. Files are on the server. Folder ‘all’ is present and contains data. File wp-config.php seems ok too (FYI, it does not have the line : “define (WP_CACHE, true)”. Can you help me please ? Thanks a lot.
Other related question ; Do I need the file advanced-cache.php to have your plugin run correctly ?

Cache was created successfully but WordPress may issue a warning due to the slowness of hosting.
