fastest cache causing SSL error

I have an SSL cert on my site, when I turn on WP Fastest Cache, I get “Connection not fully secure”. I have deactivated all other plugins but still get the same message. as soon as I enable the plugin I lose the green padlock.

My theme is Divi 3.0.88

SSL is lets encrypt

Any clues for me please
