    Hi,

We recently moved servers to a Managed WordPress hosting environment, and currently use an NGINX conf file, replacing our previous Apache .htaccess file.

Now, this NGINX error is generated every time a Download page is called:

FastCGI sent in stderr: “Primary script unknown” while reading response header from upstream, client: XXX.XXX.XXX.98, server: dced.pa.gov, request: “GET /download/borough-mayors-manual/index.php?_nonce=1eb9aeba61&id=56403 HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php/s2-php7.0-fpm.sock:”, host: “dced.pa.gov”

Is there anything that could be changed or added to the NGINX conf that would fix this?

    Thanks,
    -Noel

    Hi,
It looks like you are using pro version, please mail to [email protected] for priority support. Simply send this forum post URL for a reply. Seems like NGINX triggering the error for the view count request. And, also looks like you are using an old version wpdm pro. The latest version should not have this issue.
