Fast theme, slow support

  • This is a fast theme, compared to ocean WP which I used before. Basic theme has virtually no features. Pro theme has nice features for $150. The support is so slow it’s like pulling your hair out hence the 2 stars.

    We are continuously trying to improve the theme and the experience of our users and we try to add new features with every update. Regarding the support you described as slow, I checked and you opened two topics some time ago, for which you received an answer from my colleague in less than a week. Please let me know if you opened any other topics that didn’t receive an answer from us so we can check them.
