I can echo everything Debbie said (review below). I just switched from EventBrite to GoToWebinar (Citrix) for my wife’s website and was uneasy when I found there were only two plugins available. But this one is near-perfect, so look no further.

In addition, the developer has posted seven or eight videos on YouTube (as “brandonmuth”), explaining various aspects of using the plugin.

The only problem I had was finding the “pageid” required in the shortcode. Since we use the date-and-title format, rather than the WP default, it is not in the URL. A bit of poking around in the WP forums, however, and I learned that you can retrieve it easily:
* Go to Admin > Pages > All Pages
* Scroll to the page where you will install the shortcode
* Mouseover on the title
* In the browser status bar (bottom of the window), the page id is the number at the end of “post=xxx”
