Fast Secure Contact Form not sending from mobile

Hello all,

I recently installed a number of different contact forms on my site in an attempt to get them working. I was finally able to make Fast Secure Contact Form work but not on mobile devices. Has anyone else had this issue? Everything is mobile these days so I need this to work. Help.
