Fast Secure Contact Form – Invalid Input – Spam?

    I noticed that I haven’t been receiving leads from one of my sites so I filled out the contact form & got the following error message.

    Invalid Input – Spam?
    Akismet determined your message is spam. This can be caused by the message content, your email address, or your IP address being on the Akismet spam system. The administrator can turn off Akismet for the form on the form edit menu.

    I double checked the settings against one of my other sites & even tested the other 4 sites & can’t figure out what the problem is.

    Can anyone help me with this?

  • On the form edit page you can set Akismet to flag as spam and send anyway.
    Also if you like, you can turn off Akismet for the form.

    Mike,

    That kinda defeats the purpose doesn’t it? I don’t want spam but I also need it to work for real contacts.
