Fast Secure Contact Form – cVita

Since updating I can’t seem to get the plugin to work, and I saw it mentioned something called cVita. I used to be able to disable this thing easily before but now can’t seem to find a way to do it. Can anyone help me without my having to re-write things in code, I don’t know how to do any of that. Thanks.
