Fast response time

I have both the QSM plugin (free) and the Flashcard add on (small additional cost). They work well. When I have a problem, I email the support and they reply pretty quickly. I am not a techie, so I usually ask obvious questions. But they are sympathetic and try to help me understand and fix my issues.
