Fast reactivity, very good support.

I wanted to try the EDD solution for a big project and I subscribed to an extension pass with them. Unfortunately after some tests, I realized that the solution will be limited for my project despite it being very complete and working perfectly well.
I also very much appreciated the responsiveness of the support, who responds in less than 24 hours to technical questions and especially the fact that they did not discuss to refund me the fact that their solution did not meet my needs. So even if it’s not the solution I was hoping for in the end, I still want to emphasize the professionalism of the entire EDD team. And I am convinced that their solution will suit 90% of digital e-commerce projects.
